Jordon, Jesse, Slade, and Brodie. Jordon and Jesse are both Air Force veterans. Jesse served as an Intelligence Analyst, and Jordon served as a Special Tactics Pararescuemen. After separating from the Air Force in 2009, they opened their first gym. The kiddos grew up side by side with mom and dad in the gym every day. Now the Bowen family is on a mission to bring their systematic children specific coaching style, training, and fitness programs to the masses. They are beyond excited to back parents up as they travel on a family and fitness journey with their kiddos! Welcome to the PATCH!!

Absolutely. The key is to master the fundamentals. We strive for perfect movement and body control before ever adding weight.
If your kiddo is a beginner, we recommend using bodyweight only or a Savage Stick (PVC pipe), so your kiddo can really grasp the movement and have fun with it. Once they've progressed, the necessary items you’ll need are a barbell, a kettlebell, and a resistance band.
In general, the workouts will take anywhere from 30-60 minutes.
