The Bowens

Jordon, Jesse, Slade, and Brodie. Jordon and Jesse are both Air Force veterans. Jesse served as an Intelligence Analyst, and Jordon served as a Special Tactics Pararescuemen. After separating from the Air Force in 2009, they opened their first gym. The kiddos grew up side by side with mom and dad in the gym every day. Now the Bowen family is on a mission to bring their systematic children specific coaching style, training, and fitness programs to the masses. They are beyond excited to back parents up as they travel on a family and fitness journey with their kiddos! Welcome to the PATCH!!

Questions

I have more questions. Is there someone I can contact?

Of course. You can reach our Savage Patch support team at support@savagepatchkids.app at any time. Our average response time is just under an hour.

How do I pause or cancel my membership?

Simply email support@savagepatchkids.app to make any membership changes, including pausing or canceling your membership. If you are canceling, please try to give us 24 hours BEFORE your billing date so we can get it processed for you in time.

Is it safe for kids to lift weights?

Absolutely. The key is to master the fundamentals. We strive for perfect movement and body control before ever adding weight.

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

If your kiddo is a beginner, we recommend using bodyweight only or a Savage Stick (PVC pipe), so your kiddo can really grasp the movement and have fun with it. Once they've progressed, the necessary items you’ll need are a barbell, a kettlebell, and a resistance band.

How long do the workouts take?

In general, the workouts will take anywhere from 30-60 minutes.

How can I download the app?
